甲醇脱水生成二甲醚的沸石催化剂

摘    要:用压力微反装置评价甲醇脱水生成二甲醚沸石催化剂的活性,用XRD、2400吸附仪和NH3-TPD研究沸石催化剂的结构及表面酸性。试验结果表明,沸石表面的强酸中心是甲醇脱水生成二甲醚的活性中心。该中心易受Na2O中毒而失活,催化剂的活性顺序是ZSM 5型沸石>β型沸石>Y型沸石>γ Al2O3。同时,还考察了SiO2/Al2O3摩尔比、焙烧温度、晶粒大小、反应条件对甲醇脱水生成二甲醚反应的影响。

Abstract:The activity of zeolite catalysts were evaluated using a pressure microreactor.The structure and the surface acidity of zeolite catalysts were studied using XRD,2400 adsorber and NH 3 TPD.The results demonstrate that the strong acid sites on zeolite surface form the active sites for dimethyl ether synthesis from ethanol,this kind of sites easily deactivate because of Na 2O poisoning,and the activity of zeolite catalysts decreases in the order of ZSM 5>β>Y>γ Al 2O 3.The influence of SiO 2/Al 2O 3 ratio,calcination temperature,grain size,and reaction conditions was also studied.
