一种新型光纤光栅倾角传感器的研制

摘    要:光纤光栅倾角传感器具有抗电磁干扰、耐腐蚀、化学性能稳定、传输损耗小等优点,但现有的光纤光栅倾角传感器的测量分辨率低、寿命低、体积大等缺点,限制了其在土木工程监测中的广泛应用。基于此思路,提出了一种新型的光纤光栅倾角传感器,该传感器主要由应变梁、摆锤、光纤布拉格光栅组成,两根光栅对称地贴于应变梁的两侧,由于摆锤的转动迫使应变梁发生弯曲变形,使一侧的光栅受拉,另一侧的光栅受压,这样便可以通过测量由光纤光栅反射回的光的波长变化来计算倾角的改变。实验证明此传感器不受温度影响,且具有较高的分辨率,可较好地应用于工程结构的变形检测。

Abstract:Fiber grating inclinometer has the advantages of anti-electromagnetic interference,corrosion resistance,stable chemical performance and small transmission loss.But existing fiber grating inclinometers have some defects,such as low measurement accuracy,low life expectancy and large volume,this limit their application in civil engineering.Based on this idea,a novel fiber grating inclinometer is proposed.It mainly comprises strain beam,pendulum and fiber Bragg grating(FBG).Two FBGs are symmetrically fixed on the both sides of the beam.Due to the rotation of the pendulum leads to the deformation of the beam,one FBG is tensioned and the other is compressed;so the change in angle can be calculated by measuring the change of the reflection light wavelength.The experiment demonstrates that it is insensitive to temperature and has high resolution and can be better applied to detect the deformation of engineering structures.
