两种基质桦褐孔菌菌丝多糖免疫功能研究

摘    要:培养桦褐孔菌菌丝体和药质菌丝体,采用超声波方式提取两种粗多糖,再将粗多糖分别作用于小白鼠,研究小白鼠的碳廓清实验和对小白鼠免疫器官质量的影响。结果表明:桦褐孔菌菌丝体粗多糖和桦褐孔菌药质菌丝体粗多糖都可以提高小白鼠的非特异性免疫功能;多糖种类和灌胃剂量对小白鼠非特异性免疫的影响不同,药质粗多糖比粗多糖对小白鼠的非特异性免疫功能的影响大,效果好。

Abstract:Through the cultivation of mycelia of Inonotus obliquus and drug quality mycelium,extracted two polysaccharides by ultrasonic means,then the carbon clearance test of mice and the effect of polysaccharides on the weight of mice immune organs were studied in this paper.The results showed:Inonotus obliquus mycelia polysaccharide and Inonotus obliquus mycelia polysaccharide drug cold improve the immune function of mice in the non-specific,different polysaccharide types and different doses on mice several aspects of the non-specific immune function presented different effects,and drug quality crude polysaccharides had more effect on mice non-specific immune function and had better effect.
