机电集成静电谐波传动的动力学特性

摘    要:提出了一种基于静电驱动的新型机电集成传动系统,描述了该传动系统的基本工作原理.用Fourier级数形式表示了静电场力的动态分量和3个模态函数,在Donnell壳理论的基础上建立了电场力作用下系统的动力学模型.借助内力和位移的关系式,并运用边界条件,得出了一端自由一端固定柔轮的频率方程,用数值算例证实了算法的收敛性,讨论了振动频率随主要参数的变化规律.将所得若干频率值与ANSYS的仿真值进行比较,验证了该方法的准确性.所述方法为进一步研究该种传动的更多动力学特性提供了有益参考.
