| 摘 要： | 在理论分析的基础上，结合大量室内实验和现场试验，阐述了高效油水分离装置的设计思路和研制过程。本装置在国内油田首次采用，其特点是精度高（单级分离原油含水低于5％，污水含油小于1％）、质量小、体积小、能耗低，因此更适合海上油田及边远区块使用。

| Abstract: | On basis of theoretical analysis, combining a great number of indoor and in-situ tests, the design concept and developing process of the high efficiency oil-water separator are introduced in this paper. This separator is first used in domestic oilfields with features of high accuracy (in single stage separation, water content in oil is lower than5 % , oil content in sewage is lower than 1 % ) , light in weight, small in volume and low in energy consumption, so that it is more suitable for use in offshore and remote oil blocks. |
