无模拉伸汽车后簧数学模型及工艺研究

摘    要:介绍一种新型的无模拉伸加工汽车后簧的成形方法及生产工艺,分析了汽车后簧的无模拉伸的变形机制,利用微积分理论及变形条件,提出拉伸速度的变化规律,建立无模拉伸汽车后簧的数学模型。通过实验证明,在V0给定的条件下,控制拉伸速度VI的数学模型简单、可靠。

Abstract:A soer of new style dieless drawing process automobile rear spring shaped is introduced.The method of manufacture technology is made certain.The deformation mechanism of automobile rear spring dieless drawing is analyzed.Using calculous' theory and deformation of condition,the law transformation of drawing velocity is put forward.The mathematical model of dieless drawing automobile rear spring is up built.From experimentation proving,the V i mathematical model about drawing velocity is simplexes and reliable when the V o is constant.
