燃气管道风险评估的关键技术和主要进展

摘    要:对燃气管道进行风险评估是在保证其安全运行的前提下实现最大经济效益的必要手段,是实现燃气管道从安全管理向风险管理,从经验管理向科学管理进行过渡的重要技术。文章综述了燃气管道风险评估的主要内容和方法,国内外在燃气管道定量风险评估领域研究中的关键技术,以及燃气管道风险评估近年来所取得的主要进展,并为继续发展燃气管道的风险评估指出了应着重研究的关键问题。

Abstract:The risk assessment of gas pipelines is the ne cessary measure to realize the maximum economic benefit under the precondition o f safe operation, and the important technology to realize the conversion from sa fety management to risk management and from experience management to science man agement. It is introduced the main contents and methods of risk assessment of ga s pipelines, the key techniques of quantitative risk assessment of gas pipelines at home and abroad, and the main advances of risk assessment of gas pipelines i n the recent years. The key problems to emphatically solve are proposed for risk assessment of gas pipelines to develop continuously.
