| 摘 要： | 研究确定了3种涂膜在不同条件下的临界颜料质量分数(CPMF),以及涂膜物性随颜料质量分数(PMF)改变的变化规律:涂膜的断裂伸长率以及耐扰曲性能随PMF的增加而降低;涂膜的抗张强度先随PMF的增加而降低,在CPMF处达到最小值,然后再随PMF增加而增加;涂膜密度随PMF增加而增加,到最大值后又开始降低;涂膜的耐水性能随PMF的增加而降低,耐甲苯性能随PMF的增加而增加。

| Abstract: | The Critical Pigment Mass Fraction(CPMF) of three coating films were confirmed under different conditions,and the relationship was determined between physical-chemical properties and the pigment Mass Fraction(PMF).With PMF increasing,the breaking elongation and flexbility of coating films were decreased;The tensile strength would be cut down firstly and got the minimum PMF on CPMF,then it strated to enhance with PMF increasing;The density of the coating films were up to maximum firstly,then down with PMF increasing;The resistance to water and toluene were up all the time. |
