电弧喷涂4Cr13涂层预处理工艺及组织与性能研究

摘    要:采用喷砂粗化、喷砂+喷涂打底涂层、喷砂+电拉毛这3种工艺对QSTE420TM钢板进行表面预处理,之后采用相同工艺进行电弧喷涂4Cr13涂层,分析了涂层组织和断口形貌,测试了涂层的显微硬度和结合强度,对比了3种预处理工艺对涂层组织和性能的影响.结果表明:电弧喷涂4Cr13涂层组织呈现出典型的层状结构;不同的表面预处理工艺对涂层的结合强度影响显著,喷砂粗化+喷涂打底涂层能使4Cr13涂层获得最优的综合性能.

Abstract:4Cr13 arc spraying coatings were prepared on QSTE420TM steel which was preprocessed by three surface pretreatment processes, such as sandblasting, sandblasting and spraying base coating, sandblasting and electrospark roughening. Microstructure and fracture morphology of coatings were investigated, microhardness and bonding strength were also tested. And the effects of the three pretreatment processes on microstructure and properties were compared. The results show that 4Cr13 coatings display the typical layer structure. Different surface pretreatment processes have significant effect on bonding strength of the coatings. Spraying base coating after sandblasting can make 4Cr13 coatings have the best comprehensive performance.
