催化裂化装置沉降器内油气-催化剂流动过程的数值模拟研究

摘    要:采用欧拉-欧拉法,对催化裂化装置沉降器内油气及催化剂的流动状态进行了数值模拟。对比装置上观察到的操作现象及工艺操作数据可以看出,模拟计算结果与实际工业数据较为接近。通过对沉降器内流体流动的规律进行分析,提出了导致反应油气结焦的可能原因,对催化裂化装置后续的操作优化及设计改进提供了依据。

Abstract:A numerical simulation has been performed to study the flow behavior of multi-phase flow in disengager of an industrial FCC unit by using Eulerian-Eulerian model. The numerical results were closer to the measured values from industrial unit by comparing the observed operation phenomenon from the equipment and process operating data. The possible reasons for the coke formation of reaction oil and gas were proposed by analyzing the flow law of fluid in disengager, which could provid a reference for subsequent operation optimization and design improvement of catalytic cracking unit.
