| 摘 要： | 讨论了聚烯烃生产企业接受订单前，在完成订单所需生产时间及生产经济性进行分析的基础上，以生产利润最大化为优化目标，提出了一个以订单为基础的调度决策模型，同时对牌号生产顺序进行优化，为企业柔性生产提供了决策依据。

| Abstract: | This paper established a model for making u strategy for change - over of polyolefine grades in commercial production based on the analyses of product order, lead time and production economy of the grades with the aim at maximizing the production profit, The production sequence, of the grades can be optimized in the model that offers a foundation for the enteqrise to arrange a flexible production involving multiple grades. |
