混合封装三相桥式电力电子集成模块研究

摘    要:采用混合封装工艺的电力电子集成技术研制成一台40kW全数字化控制的变频调速用三相桥式电力电子集成模块。本文详述了该模块的内部结构及其特点,并结合变频调速的不同领域给出了全数字化恒压频比控制和转差型矢量控制的实验波形。实验结果表明,该模块具有体积小、功率密度高、应用简便灵活等特点,充分验证了电力电子集成思想的可行性。

Abstract:This paper describes the system configuration and the module physical structure of the 40kW hybrid inte-grated power electronics module applied to t hree-phase motor driver.According to the different application situation of th e motor driver,V/f control and field oriented control based on digital control are realized on the module.From the experimental result,we present a conclusion that the integrated module has characteristics of high power density,low volum e and flexibility for application. And the module proves that idea about power e lectronic integration is feasible.
