摘    要:为了解决碱性蓄电池外露电镀部件变黑、变绿、生锈的问题,进行了以下工艺改进试验:通过进行光亮剂和镀层组合试验确定了正确的光亮剂和合理的镀层组合,使用半光亮镍和高硫镍电液混合配制的电镀液收到了预期的效果,证明了挂镀更适合电池零部件的电镀,且正确选择的镀层保护剂使镀层质量得到了显著提高.

Abstract:The improvement in the electroplating technology for the exerted metal parts of alkaline storage batteries was investigated,aiming at get rid of the blackening and rusting of the exerted metal parts in service.Thus the brighteners and electroplated coatings suitable to the exerted metal parts were determined based on screening tests.As the results,it was feasible to prepare electroplated Ni coating of good corrosion resistance applicable to the exerted metal parts using a mixed plating bath for semi-bright nickel plating and high sulfur-type nickel sulfate nickel plating.Moreover,it was recommended to use rack-plating mode for the electroplating of the exerted metal parts,and it was imperative to select proper protective agents so as to significantly improve the quality of the electroplated coating.
