不同条件下改性硬石膏的性能

摘    要:硬石膏因不具有活性而未能得到有效的利用,对硬石膏进行改性或激发一直是提高其活性的主要研究方向。通过对硬石膏煅烧,激发以及复合效应等不同改性条件下的改性试验,获得了相应的改性效果,并对改性样品的性能进行了比较。利用扫描电镜分析探讨不同改性条件对硬石膏粉体的形态、形貌的影响,结合改性硬石膏宏观性能的测定,确定在煅烧一激发的复合改性条件下,硬石膏可获得良好的胶凝性能和工艺性能。硬石膏粉体的初凝时间和终凝时间可分别控制在10min和15min之内。

Abstract:Due to the inacitivity, anhydrite is not effectively utilized. One of the major research directions is the improvement of its activity through modification or activation. Experiments for the modification of anhydrite by calcination, activation and their combinations were carried out. Comparison was made for the properties of the modified anhydrite sample and the effect of modification conditions on the particle shapes and morphology of the anhydrite powders were investigated by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the improved curing properties and satisfactory performance for anhydrite is obtained by using a combination of calcination and activation processes. The solidification and curing times of the anhydrite after modification can be controlled within 10 and 15 min respectively.
