铝合金管材冷空拔成形模拟研究

摘    要:建立了铝合金管对空拔成形的刚粘塑性有限元模型,应用三维有限元法对空拔工艺进行了模拟分析,针对出现的问题深入研究.并引发了关于空拔工艺的若干思考。文章基于DEFORM软件的模拟结果,预测出铝管空拔可能出现的问题,并做了定量分析.这些结果对实际生产具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:The rigid-visco-plastic finite element model of the forming process of drawing aluminum alloy tube without plug has been established.The forming process has been simulated and analyzed by 3D FEM.Further research has been made aiming at produced problems,with some thoughts about this process.Based on the simulation results by DEFORM software,the potential problems in the process have been forecasted and analyzed quantitatively hence contribution to real production.
