摘    要:类比分析了琼州海峡铁路轮渡工程北港东防波堤下卧软土层与对应港池内软土基本工程特性,结果表明防波堤下卧软土层虽然含水率、孔隙比、渗透系数稍有所减小,但其力学指标和微观结构无实质恶化的改变,仍具有结构性软土的典型特征,软土层在防波堤荷载作用下,其结构性基本保持完整,尚没有引起明显的结构破损,下卧层结构性软土可以作为防波堤的持力层;防波堤稳定性分析与变形监测结果以及防波堤运营现状验证了结构性软土作为防波堤持力层的科学合理性。

Abstract:The comparative analysis on fundamen tal engineering pro perties of the soft soils in the underlying stratum of eastern breakwater and corresponding sea area inside the breakwater of north harbor is investigated for the Qiong Zhou Strait railway ferry project.The results show that the mois ture content, void ratio and coefficient of permeability for the soft soils in the underlying stratum of eastern breakwater decrease slightly after construction, h owever, its mechanic al index and microstructure do not deteriorate,and hav e the typical feature of structural soft soil compared to the corresponding soft soils in sea area. Therefore, the underlying soft soil still keep its structure intact relatively,and have not been damaged apparently under the loading of breakwater,and can be used as bearing stratum of breakwater.The resu lts of stability analysis and deformation monitoring as well as the existing sta te of breakwater verify the above conclusion.
