南钢烧结返矿高配比的研究与实践

针对南钢烧结厂在生产过程中返矿量偏高的问题进行了原因分析，进行了烧结高比例配加烧结返矿和球团返矿的可行性试验研究，并运用于生产实践，保证了烧结机利用系数和烧结矿强度，取得了消化返矿、盘活大量资金的可观效果。

Practice and Study on the High Proportion of Sinter Returns at Nansteel

The problem of high sinter returns quantity in production process at Nansteel sintering plant is analysed. Feasibility tests and study of sinter returns high proportion and pelletizing returns have been conducted. Utilization coefficient of sintering machine and strength of sinters have been ensured in production practice. Meanwhile ,it achieve good result such as to utilize returns again and to circulate the funds.
