惠州炼化芳烃抽提装置腐蚀来源及防腐策略

摘    要:惠州炼化分公司芳烃抽提装置腐蚀严重,多个换热器发生了不同程度的泄漏,分析腐蚀原因包括因溶剂环丁砜的降解而导致的系统p H值的降低、氯离子含量超标等,对应上述问题,提出抑制腐蚀的办法,即在严格控制加热温度、系统氧含量、溶剂水含量、p H值的前提下,将换热器材质升级为316L不锈钢,并采用阴离子交换树脂降低溶剂中氯离子、硫酸根离子含量,以维持抽提系统平稳持久运行。

Abstract:The aromatic extraction unit of Huizhou Refining Chemical Company suffered from serious corrosion,a plurality of heat exchangers leaked in different degrees,the reasons of corrosion included the reduce of p H caused by the degradation of solvent sulfolane,chloride ion exceeded the standard,corresponding to the problem,the corrosion inhibition method was put forward,strictly controlling the heating temperature,oxygen content,water content in solvent,p H value,at the same time upgrading the material of the heat exchangers for 316 L stainless steel,and reducing the content of chloride ions and sulfate ions in solvent with anion-exchange resin,in order to operate the extraction system stable and durable.
