基于免疫PID控制的换热站温度控制系统

摘    要:设计二级换热站温度智能控制系统,根据室外温度的变化和供热实时情况在线自动调整PID控制器参数,利用变频调速装置进行循环水压力控制,并提出将免疫PID控制策略应用于温度控制中。实验证明该系统具有快速性、鲁棒性以及控制精度高等特点。

Abstract:The intelligent temperature control system of secondary heat exchange station is designed. The system can automatically regulate parameters of PID controller according to outdoor temperature change and real time heating condition. The water pressure is controlled using variable frequency speed control device. The immune PID control strategy is used in temperature control. Experimental results show that the system has advantages of fast, robust and high control precision.
