低浓度铝阳极氧化染料废水的处理

摘    要:铝合金阳极氧化染料具有良好的水溶性、耐光、耐热以及耐候性,是一种处理难度较大的废水。介绍了一种利用高效复合絮凝沉淀剂对低浓度铝阳极氧化染料废水进行处理的工艺,该工艺具有适用铝阳极氧化染料种类多,p H值操作范围宽,不产生二次污染的特点,是一种适合大规模工业应用的高效脱色沉淀工艺。

Abstract:The waste water of aluminum anodizing dyes was difficulty to treat,because of its characteristics,such as good solubility in water, light fastness, heat resistance and weather resistance. The dealing method of the low concentration waste water of aluminum anodizing dyes was introduced,which had the characters of a broader range of application of variety and p H,without creating secondary pollution,as well as suitable for industrial application.
