改性橙皮对Cu^2+吸附性能的研究

摘    要:以橙子皮为原料,磷酸为改性剂,经化学改性手段制备改性橙子皮生物吸附剂,并研究了其吸附性能。通过单因素试验考察了吸附剂用量、p H、初始浓度和吸附时间对吸附性能的影响,并通过正交试验优化吸附条件。结果表明:吸附剂用量为0.12 g、p H=7、初始浓度为4 mol·L^-1、吸附时间为80 min时吸附性能最佳,吸附率可达91.2%。

Abstract:Modified orange peel used as biological adsorbent was prepared by chemical modification method,using orange peel as raw material and phosphoric acid as modifier. Its adsorption performance was studied. The effects of the adsorbent dosage,p H,initial concentration and adsorption time on the adsorption performance were studied by single experiment,and the conditions of adsorption were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that while the adsorbent dosage was 0. 10 g,p H = 6,initial concentration was 5 mol · L^-1,adsorption time was 8 min and the adsorption rate could reach 91. 2%,it exhibited the best performance.
