TOFD检测技术在液化气球罐定期检验中的应用

摘    要:球罐作为一种特殊的压力容器,在石油化工行业中得到了广泛的应用,简单介绍了TOFD检测技术,以2 000 m3液化气球罐为例,阐述了TOFD检测技术在液化气球罐定期检验中的各项要求,对TOFD检测仪器调节方法、主要检测工艺参数、扫查面和底面盲区进行了分析,得出扫查面盲区比底面盲区要大的多,建议增加有效的检测方法来减小盲区的影响。

Abstract:The introduction of TOFD detection technology was mainly focused on. Using 2 000 m3 spherical LPG( liquefied petroleum gas) tank as an example,the specific technical requirement and standard of TOFD detection technology in periodic inspection of spherical LPG tanks were expounded. The TOFD detection instrument was studied,and then issues in both the instrument adjustment methods and the processing parameters control were discussed. The scanning surface and the bottom face blind area were analyzed and clarified.
