国外石墨矿产开发利用趋势

未来石墨资源需求巨大，天然石墨的需求将会随着电动汽车的爆发式增长进入高速增长期。本文研究了国外24个新增石墨项目的资源、产能、产品、生产成本和项目进展等特点，总结得出：（1）近年国外新上石墨项目数目多，新上项目资源储量大，矿石资源量超过亿吨的有5个，预计新增鳞片石墨精矿产能172.3万t，远远超过了2018年全球天然石墨产量93万t；（2）矿石品质好，石墨矿石C品位超过9%的项目达到10个；（3）开发成本低，整体精矿生产成本低于500美元；（4）产品深加工程度高，24个项目中有17个项目将产品目标设定为电池材料或膨胀石墨等深加工产品。国外新开发项目将会对中国和世界的石墨产业产生深远的影响。结合国外石墨开发项目和市场发展趋势，提出了我国石墨产业发展的相关对策建议。

The requirements of natural graphite will enter a period of rapid growth with the rapid growth requirements of electromobile. This paper summarizes the resources, capacity, products specification, cost of production and project progress of new 24 projects in the world.The new graphite projects' main characteristics are projects' number large, resources large, resources' quality good, development cost low and degree of deep processing of products high. There are 5 projects' resources pass hundred million tones, 10 projects' grade pass 9%Cg and production costs less than 0.In the future, these projects will influence the world's graphite industry. In line with the graphite project and market tendency, this paper put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of graphite project.
