摘    要:电动自行车用铅酸蓄电池组的使用寿命是困扰相关专业人士的大问题。配对挑选之后的整组蓄电池的平均寿命远低于单只蓄电池的寿命。在95%以上失效的蓄电池组中,仅仅只有一只蓄电池容量远低于额定容量。过充电、过放电是导致电动自行车用铅酸蓄电池组寿命早衰的主要原因。由于不能保证每一只蓄电池既不过充电,又不过放电,现行的电动自行车用铅酸蓄电池组充放电的方法有重大缺陷。

Abstract:Short cycle life of the lead-acid battery pack is a big problem for domestic electric bicycle business.The cycle life of the lead-acid battery pack is much shorter than that of a single battery although the battery pack was tested and selected before operating.Only one battery is failed in 95% expired battery packs.Overcharge and overdischarge are the main cause leading to premature life loss of lead-acid battery packs since the existing charge and discharge algorithm for EB batteries cannot assure the batteries without overcharge and overdischarge.
