摘    要:00Cr22Ni5Mo3N中合金双相不锈钢具有优良的耐腐蚀性和较高的强度,但不能热处理相变强化。离子渗氮可大大提高其表面硬度。研究了离子渗氮介质、工艺参数对00Cr22Ni5Mo3N钢渗氮层硬度、深度、脆性和均匀性的影响,介绍了已成功应用于该钢的离子渗氮工艺。

Abstract:Medium alloy dual-phase stainless steel 00Cr22NiSMo3N is possessed of excellent corrosion resistance and higher strength, but cannot be strengthened by heat treatment transformation. Its surface hardness can be significantly heightened by ionitriding. The effect of the medium and the process parameters of ionitriding on hardness,depth,brittleness and homogeneity of ionitrided ease of the 00Cr22NiSMo3N steel was studied. The ionitriding processes which have been successfully applied for the 00Cr22NiSMo3N steel were also introduced.
