激光表面处理现状

摘    要:激光具有巨大的技术潜力,在冶金和材料加工中发展迅速,应用广泛。激光表面处理由于其对工业和生产作出了巨大贡献,已成为飞速成长的重要加工技术领域。本文介绍了各种常用激光表面处理方法如相变硬化、表面合金化、施釉、包层和退火等,提供了制造高质量新材料的可能性,并概略讨论了激光加工理论、实验研究和数学模式建立情况等。

Abstract:The laser, with huge technical potential, bring about high speed development and widespread applications in metallurgy and materials processing.Laser surface treatment has made a great contribute to industry and production, and become an important field of rapid-growing process technology. This paper introduces the use of laser for such applications as transformation hardening, surface alloying, cladding, glazing, and annealing, and offeres the possibility for producing some new kinds of materials with superior quality. Theoretical and experimental investigations and mathematical modeling for laser processing have also been discussed briefly.
