超细粉体粒度分析的分散条件比较

摘    要:测试超细粉体粒度时 ,通过选择不同的沉降介质、分散剂或超声波分散时间做比较实验 ,找出合适的分散条件 ,使得悬浮液中团聚的粉末充分分散 ,以便测得较真实的粒度及粒度分布值。

Abstract:In the determination of the particle size of ultra-fine powders,comparison tests are carried out under different precipitation media,dispersing agents and ultrasonic dispersing time as to find out,the proper dispersing conditions.Under those conditions,the agglomerated particles in the suspension are fully dispersed,thus obtaining the relatively true particle size and particle size and particle size distribution values.
