摘    要:低聚物会影响上染过程和染色效果,而PTT为聚酯纤维中低聚物含量最高的纤维。溶剂萃取法提取PTT织物中的低聚物后,采用3只不同结构的商品分散染料及其微胶囊化染料(不同芯壁比)分别对提取过低聚物和未提取低聚物的PTT织物进行染色,并比较上染曲线、提升力曲线、色牢度和匀染性。结果表明,低聚物对分散染料上染PTT纤维的染色速率、提升性能、色牢度、K/S值及匀染性均有不利影响;微胶囊化可在一定程度上改善分散染料的提升性能。

Abstract:The oligomers content of polytrinnethylene terephthalate(PTT) is the maximum among the polyester fibers.Oligomers will affect the dyeing process and dyeing effect.In this paper,three disperse dyes with different structures and their corresponding microcapsules(different ratio of core and wall) were used to dye PTT fabrics before and after extracting oligomer.
