| 摘 要： | 装配式混凝土结构符合绿色、低碳理念,近年在我国得到广泛关注和研究.介绍了几种典型的房屋建筑装配式混凝土结构的建造新技术,包括万科集团PC、PCF技术,中南集团NPC技术,宇辉集团装配整体式预制混凝土剪力墙技术,合肥西伟德叠合板式混凝土剪力墙技术.分析了其各自特点,提出了促进其技术发展及工程应用的几点建议.
