摘    要:闪电脉冲是自然界最具代表性的随机瞬态点源目标,闪电是强对流等恶劣天气系统预报和研究的有力工具.光学瞬间闪耀探测制图仪利用了闪电脉冲和反射阳光背景(城市灯光)之间存在时间、空间和光谱特性上的差异,采用光谱滤波、空间滤波、帧-帧背景去除3种方法相组合来实现瞬态多点源目标闪电脉冲的增强与探测.综述了卫星光学瞬间闪耀探测的国内...

Abstract:Lightning impulse is the most representative random nature transient point source target,and lightning is the strong tool for weather forecasting and research, based on the Characteristic difference on time, space and spectrum be tween lightning impulse and reflection by sunlight background (city lights), spectral filtering, spatial filtering, and frame- frame background removal are combined to enhance and detect the lightning impulse. The following are summarized in this paper,including development of satellite Optical instantaneous flare detection technology at home and abroad,the overall technology and economic benefit of optical instantaneous flare detection mapper,and the main specifications.
