基于Visual C++的电子海图应用技术研究

摘    要:传统的海上航运和海上作业需要通过岸上第三方的技术支援,系统复杂度高,资金投入大。因此利用GPS/GIS海洋电子地图是一个较好的选择。结合实际应用,研究了基于电子海图的海洋环境数据调用与显示技术。利用多层海图的叠加显示,实现了放大缩小功能;利用海图像素点与经纬度信息相关联,实现了电子海图经纬度坐标的实时显示;通过经纬度设定航迹点,实现军标沿航迹运动及海洋环境数据获取,并利用VisualC++6.0编程实现。目前该系统已经成功应用于某些实际场合,并取得了良好效果。

Abstract:The traditional sea shipping and operations at sea shore need third-party technical support,but the system is complex and it needs large capital input.In general occasions,GPS/GIS marine electronic map is a better choice.With practical application,electronic chart of marine environmental data calls and display technology are put forward.The superposition of multilayer chart shows is used to realize the zoom-in function.The chart pixel information associated with latitude and longitude is used to realize geodetic coordinates system of real-time display.The geodetic coordinates of setting track points is used to realize the military icons along the track movement and marine environmental data acquisition,and Visual C++6.0 is used to program.At present,the system has been successfully applied in some actual situation and it has good results.
