He—Ne激光照射小鼠睾丸的组织学及组织化学观察

摘    要:以三种不同剂量的He-Ne激光分别照射三组雄性小鼠的阴囊,取睾丸作组织学及组织化学观察。实验所用激光剂量为临床常用最大剂量的10~75倍。实验结果表明,实验组动物的精原细胞、精母细胞、精细胞、精子、支持细胞和间质细胞均无明显损伤。组化实验显示:实验动物的生精细胞、支特细胞及间质细胞的AKP、ACP、DNA、RNA及PAS反应与对照组无明显差异。表明所用三种剂量的He-Ne激光均无抗生精作用,不会影响生殖细胞的正常增殖与代谢及雄性激素的分泌。提示以He-Ne激光照射阴囊治疗有关疾病,不致引起病人生殖细胞损伤及性功能的改变。

Abstract:Scrota of male mouse divided into three groups were respectively irradiated by He-Ne laser of three different powers, the tests were taken for histological and histochemical observation. The laser powers for the experiment were 10-75 times as large as the largest one for clinical treatment. The results show that no obvious damage was found in the spermatogonia, spefmatoc-ytes, spermatids, spermatozoa, sertoli cells and legding cells of the tests irradiated mouse.The results of the histochemical observation show that there was no remarkable difference between the irradiated mouse and the mouse of the control group in AKP, ACP, DNA, RNA and PAS reaction of the spermatogenic cells, sertoli cells and legding cells. The study indicates three powers of He-Ne laser for the experiment hadn't an antispermalogenesis effect and didn't exert influence on the metabolism of the spermatogenic cells and on secretion of androgenic hormones. It was suggested that treating diseases on the scrota with irradiating by He-Ne laser wasn't able to cause the reproductive cells damage and sex funtion change of the patients.
