摘    要:本文考察了气升式环流反应器生化处理化纤废水的效果。结果表明:在16-28℃下,通气量为0.325m^3/h,水力停留时间为7、0h,pH值为8.5~9.0时,化纤废水COD降解速率最快,COD去除率可达93%以上。而且适当补加磷源(如COD和磷源质量比为200:1时)有利于化纤废水COD的降解。该反应器连续运行了30d,经处理后的水质COD和氨氮分别降低到100mg/L和10mg/L以下,达到了化纤类废水国家一级排放标准。

Abstract:The bio-chemical treatment of chemical fiber airlift type circulating reactor was studied. It was shown that ,under the conditions of air flow of 0.32m^3/h,HRT7.0 and pH 8.5 -9.0, the COD degradation speed of chemical fiber wastewater was the quickest. COD removal rate could reach to over 93%.In addition, properly adding phosphorus is advantageous to COD degradation in chemical fiber wastewater. The reactor operated continuously for 30d, the effluent COD and NH3-N lowered to below100 mg/L and 10mg/L respectively, reaching the national first class discharge standard of chemical fiber wastewater.
