| Abstract: | It is a challenging problem to take the hardware-software systems reliability into account in system reliability design. Based on the fault tolerance technology, this paper presents an optimal redundancy structure model for the hardware-software systems to reach the maximum reliability under a certain constraint. This paper also gives the solution to the model. |
