轻油制气在天然气供应中的运行方式

对轻油制气厂在人工煤气向天然气过渡阶段两种不同的运行方式进行了讨论。以非直供方式，用石脑油、LPG或天然气做原料生产出改质气，再用天然气增热，得到与现有管网、用户燃气具完全适应的产品气。用天然气改质、增热得到的产品气成本较低。作为直供天然气的调峰及备用气源，用石脑油、LPG做原料生产出改质气，再与LPG按一定比例混合，则能得到与天然气特性基本一致的代用天然气。

Operation of Existing Light Oil Gas-making in Natural Gas Supply

Two different ways of operation of the light oil gas-making plant during the period from manufactured gas into natural gas are disscussed. By undirect way, using naphtha, LPG or natural gas as raw material makes reformed gas carbureted with natural gas to get the product gas, which is completely suitable to the existing networks and utensils. And the cost using natural gas as raw material is lower. Using naphtha, LPG as row material makes reformed gas, which blends with LPG in proportion, to get substitute natural gas having basic property of natural gas, as peak-shaving and spare gas source of natural gas for direct way.
