摘    要:IEC61850标准要求变电站自动化系统具有互操作性,这使得GIS在线监测系统和其它自动化系统之间呈现出信息共享与系统集成的趋势。笔者将IEC61850标准引入GIS在线监测领域,结合IEC61850标准和GIS在线监测系统的具体情况,进行在线监测系统的框架设计和装置开发。在GIS在线监测系统中采用了基于ARM和uClinux的嵌入式系统,保证了在线监测系统的互操作性、开放性和稳定性。

Abstract:IEC61850 standard requires the substation automation system with the capability of interoperable, which causes the trend of information-sharing and system-integrating among the on-line monitoring system of GIS and other substation automation systems. In this paper, IEC61850 standard is applied into the on-line monitoring of GIS. Both IEC61850 standard and the real instance of the monitoring system are considered in the system frame design. Embedded system based on ARM and uClinux were adopted in the on-line monitoring unit. The interoperable, opening and stability of the on-line monitoring system are ensured.
