紧密纱上浆的工艺研究

摘    要:针对生产中紧密纱上浆率偏大,造成浆纱大量断头、坯布丰满度降低的问题,通过大量的上浆试验和纱线性能测试分析,比较了传统环锭纱和紧密纱上浆性能的差异.结果表明,在相同设备和上浆工艺条件下,紧密纱上浆率比传统环锭纱小1%-3.5%;要达到同样满足织造要求的浆纱强度和纱线毛羽贴伏效果.紧密纱的上浆率可比传统环锭纱降低5%-6%左右,节约浆料约50%.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of a large number of yarns break and the fullness of the grey cloths degrade due to the excessive size loading of the compact spun yarns, through sizing experiment and testing of the yarn performance, the differences of sizing performance between the compact spun yarns and the conventional ring spun yarns are compared. The results show that, compared with the conventional ring spun yarns, the size loading of the compact spun yarns reduces about 1%-3.5% under the same equipment conditions and sizing technics, and to obtain the same strength and hairiness sticking effect, the size loading of the compact spun yarns can be reduced about 5%-6% than one of the conventional ring spun yarns, and sizing materials can be saved about 50%.
