| 摘 要： | 本文以小麦胚芽作为超临界流体萃取（SFE)的试验材料，研究了不同预处理条件（水分含量和粉碎度）对SFE提取麦胚中天然维生素E的影响。结果表明：麦胚中天然维生素E的超临界CO2萃取的适宜预处理条件为麦胚含水量5．1％、物料粒度30目。
