基于模糊自适应的计量秤控制系统设计与实现

摘    要:介绍在化工生产中加料用的计量秤控制系统的设计方法及在S7-300 PLC上进行组态、编程的实现过程。采用模糊控制与自适应控制相结合的模糊自适应控制算法进行控制器的设计,满足了实际生产对该系统的控制精度及可靠性要求。

Abstract:The design method and realization of measurement scale control system used to match material in chemical production was introduced.The configuration and LAD programming were based on the S7-300 PLC.The design of the controller adopted fuzzy-adaptive control algorithm which combined by fuzzy control and adaptive control,and it met the system requirements of precision and reliability required by the actual production.
