工业化住宅建筑中家居智能化建设要求探索

近年来。随着工业化住宅建筑模式的推广应用和住户对房屋品质要求的提高，与之配套的智能化建设需求量日益增加。如果在初期不加以合理引导和有效控制，将可能对走新型工业化住宅建设道路造成巨大的障碍和资源浪费。本文以工业化住宅建筑的套内智能化建设内容为重点。参考《居住小区智能化系统建设要点与技术导则》（2002年修订稿）中的小区星级划分标准，提出套内智能化星级模式，要求以实用、设置的合理性、性价比最优为建设原则．从设计范围和深度、施工注意事项、有效评价集成商等几个环节出发，有针对性地提出一些建设性意见供参考。

Requirements for Household Intelligent in Industrialized Residential Buildings
