陈化时间对沉淀法制备羟基磷灰石纯度的影响研究

摘    要:对沉淀法制备羟基磷灰石进行了研究.结果表明:随着陈化时间的延长,OH-的吸收强度越来越突出(说明沉淀反应越来越充分),制备的HAP也越纯、越多;为了得到数量多、纯度高的羟基磷灰石,陈化时间要超过22 h;煅烧有利于获得高纯度的羟基磷灰石;当pH值为10时,制备得到的羟基磷灰石纯度高.

Abstract:HAP were prepared by method of precipitation.The results show that the longer the aging time,the more strong the absorb peak of OH-;This means the reaction is more sufficient,and the gained HAP is more pure.In order to get large amount of pure HAP,the time for aging should be longer than 22 hours.The results show that the calcine is helpful in gaining pure HAP.When the pH is 10,the high purity HAP will be gained.
