液压控制阀的故障元件诊断分析与处理

摘    要:液压控制阀的种类很多,是组成液压系统的主要元件.对液压控制阀的故障进行诊断分析与处理时,首先要从液压系统中找出出现故障的元件.介绍了故障元件的诊断方法,以溢流阀为例,具体分析了其故障产生的处所及原因,并提出了处理方法和改进措施.

Abstract:There are many kinds of hydraulic control valves which are the main components of a hydraulic system. For the diagnosis and treatment of hydraulic control valve faults, it is necessary firstly to find the unit which is at fault. This paper introduces the diagnosing method of faulty components and takes the overflow valve as an example to analyze the causes for the faults of hydraulic control valve, and puts forward the treatment method and improvement measures.
