火电厂煤粉仓粉位监测仪的研究

摘    要:针对火电厂中储式燃煤炉煤粉仓粉位测量现状及存在问题,提出一种分段电容、连续正交排列、总线驱动的测量理论,研制了高精度、高可靠、高性价比的粉位实时监测仪,经国内60多家火电厂的实际应用,证明效果良好,适合在火电厂推广应用。

Abstract:In light of the status quo and existing problems of level measurement in the pulverized coal bunker of coal-fired boiler,a new measurement theory that uses multiple segment capacitor,continuous perpendicular permutation and bus driving is presented in this paper.Based on the theory,an on-line monitoring system with high accuracy,high reliability and high cost performance for material level measurement is developed.The applications of this system in more than sixty thermal power plants have achieved good results,being appropriate to popularize in thermal power plants.
