| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种利用信号间相关性判断石蜡连续成型机故障的新方法。该方法通过连续采集石蜡成型机各层链条的应力、主电机力矩、主电机频率和主电机功率等参数之间的相关性来判断石蜡连续成型机运行过程中的安全状态。阐述了采集各种参数的硬件系统构成,并对采集到的数据进行了相关性分析。与阈值法比较,新方法的故障诊断准确率为100%。该方法已经在抚顺某大型石油厂实际应用,效果良好。

| Abstract: | An acquisition and analysis system with an embedded computer was designed to collect the chain tension,torque motor,chain speed and other signals.The correlation among those different signals was adopted to diagnose the fault when the machine were working.Compared with the traditional fault judgement that analyzed the fault just only by the chain tension,the correlation algorithm in this paper improved the accuracy of fault diagnosis.This method has been adopted in a wax factory with a good performance. |
