预留孔洞三维机织物的织造要点

通过合理设计截面形状,选择适当的上机参数,根据所设计的截面形状图绘出上机图,得到相应的纹板图。采用多层织物的织造方法利用普通小样织机织造。织造时保持经纱张力均匀,采用喷水、减少经纱密度的方法保持纱线开口清晰。将成型织物的纬浮长线剪断便得到预留孔洞三维整体机织物,织物可用来制作沙发垫、杯套等。将织物浇注成复合材料,这种材料具有轻质高强、成本低等优点,可用作容器、防爆头盔等。

Weaving key points of 3D woven fabrics with reserved holes

After the cross-sectional shape was designed,loom parameter was selected,the looming draft was drew according to the cross-sectional shape,the lifting plan was got.Then the multi-layer fabrics weaving was done in the ordinary loom,in which the uniform tension was kept through weaving water spray and decreasing warp density were used to keep the opening clearly.After that the weft floating yarns was cut to get the 3D integrity woven fabrics with reserved holes.Such fabrics could be used as sofa cushion and cup set,etc.Fabrics could be made into composites which had the advantages of light weight,high strength and low price,the composites could be used as containers and anti-explosion helmets,etc.
