摘    要:草铵膦合成中Michael加成是重要合成步骤之一。加成反应通过GC—MS测定,可以顺利分析反应各产物,从而探明该反应机理。采用乙酸催化,形成的化合物是醛和醇、水的加成产物。而采用乙酸酐催化,消除醇和水,产物比较单一就是1,4加成形成的醛。

Abstract:The michael reaction is one of the most important reactions in the glufosinate synthesis. Using the GC-MS, it becomes the easy and quick way to analyze the products of the addition reaction, which provides information to discovery the mechanism. With the acetate acid to catalysis, the products are mainly the addition products between aldehyde and alcohol or water. With the acetic anhydride to catalysis, which removes the water and alcohol in the reaction system, the products are less, and the target product is the main product.
