高效液相色谱的优化与维护

摘    要:基于高效液相色谱(HPLC)在医药卫生、化学化工等许多行业的广泛应用,阐述了HPLC的工作原理,技术优势,色谱条件的优化;同时对HPLC使用过程中的各类故障(如输液泵、检测器、进样阀等)进行了剖析,提出了有针对性的维护措施,保障了仪器的高效运转,进而大大延长了仪器的使用寿命。

Abstract:Since the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) has been widely used in many industries such as medicine and health, chemistry and chemical engineering and so on; the working principle and the technological superiority of HPLC , the optimization of chromato- graphic conditions were expounded. At the same time, various problems existing in the the pump, the detector and injector and so on were comprehensively analyzed ;targeted maintenance measures were presented to keep the instrument in a high-efficient state and therefore extend the life of the instrument greatly.
