斜坡吊卡活页应力分析与结构优化

摘    要:对某斜坡吊卡进行有限元分析,主要针对易损部件——活页进行了详细的应力分析,并以应力分析为依据,对其进行结构优化。通过分析对比,结构优化后的活页在强度和可靠性方面都得到了很大的提高。

Abstract:FEA was used to analyze the slope elevator,mainly analyzing the stress of the loose leaf,which is the vulnerable(easy to wear-out) part of the slope elevator.Based on the stress analysis,the structure of the slope elevator was optimizes.By contrast with the analysis,the structure optimized loose-leaf has been greatly improved in the strength and reliability.
