超高压征复密封的设计

摘    要:超高压水切割的运行平稳、可靠、主要取决于超高压往复密封。作将250MPa超高压往复密封设计为锥形套筒与填料组合密封结构,利用锥形套筒的弹性变形在柱塞与套筒之间产生一定的间隙,造成较大的压降差,再利用填料密封阻泄,取得满意效果。

Abstract:Ultra-high pressure reciprocating seal is key to ensure the ultra-high pressure waterjet cutting equipment for working stably and reliably. We developed the combined seal structure of cone-shaped sleeve and stuffing for the 250MPa ultra-high pressure waterjet cutting equipment. In this structure, most of the ultra-high pressure is reduced by the mini gap, between piston and sleeve, formed by the elastic distortion of cone-shaped sleeve, and the rest pressure is sealed by the stuffing. Tests show it works satisfactorily.
