微波协同法提取紫草多糖工艺参数的研究

摘    要:以水为介质进行了微波场协同提取紫草多糖的研究,得到了微波场协同提取紫草多糖的最佳工艺参数:m(水)/m(紫草)为15:1,时间8min,微波功率320W提取2次,合并滤液,浓缩,用无水乙醇沉淀,水洗滤饼干燥后即得粗产品,紫草多糖含量为6.46%。

Abstract:Using water as solvent,sugars was extracted with the cooperation of microwave field.The optimal technological conditions were obtained as follows:m(water)/m(alkannia)=15,time 8 min.microwave power 320 W and extracting 2 times with the cooperation of microwave field.Then adjust the filter,with alcohol deposit.The residueis filtered,washed with water and alcohol and dried.Crude product of sugars is obtained in 6.46% yield.Compared with traditional water extraction,the microwave extraction of sugars is a rapid method with higher yield.
