| 摘 要： | 以水为介质进行了微波场协同提取紫草多糖的研究，得到了微波场协同提取紫草多糖的最佳工艺参数：m（水）／m（紫草）为15：1，时间8min，微波功率320W提取2次，合并滤液，浓缩，用无水乙醇沉淀，水洗滤饼干燥后即得粗产品，紫草多糖含量为6．46％。

| Abstract: | Using water as solvent,sugars was extracted with the cooperation of microwave field.The optimal technological conditions were obtained as follows:m(water)/m(alkannia)=15,time 8 min.microwave power 320 W and extracting 2 times with the cooperation of microwave field.Then adjust the filter,with alcohol deposit.The residueis filtered,washed with water and alcohol and dried.Crude product of sugars is obtained in 6.46% yield.Compared with traditional water extraction,the microwave extraction of sugars is a rapid method with higher yield. |
